Trek the Inca Trail

The Inca Trail is rated amongst the ten best trekking trails in the world due to its striking beauty, ancient Inca ruins and diverse ecological zone. The ultimate destination is Machu Picchu – “Lost City” of the Incas – one of the world’s most fascinating and important archaeological finds and one of the New 7 Wonders of the World.

The 15K experience! Jump from 15,000ft!
The highest Skydive in the UK; are you brave enough?
This is the chance of a lifetime, all for free!

The London to Amsterdam Bike Challenge
Very popular challenge with keen cyclists! Starting on the 18th September, the challenge takes 4 days.
This long weekend challenge from London to Amsterdam covers 300km in 3 days. You will set off through rolling Essex countryside then take a ferry from Harwich overnight to Holland where you will have 2 days of cycling ending in Amsterdam. This is an exhilarating challenge with breathtaking countryside.

Bunker Frights at RAF Holmpton

RAF Holmpton’s Famous Ghost Tour, 100ft below the eerie passageways of RAF Holmpton
Enjoy a ghostly tour of strange stories, special effects, comedy, explosions and much more.

This tour is open from Thursday 26th November – Sunday 29th November.
Gates open at 7pm for a 7.30pm start; there will be tea, coffee or wine on arrival.
Tickets are only £10 for adults and £5 for children (not suitable for under 5’s)

Cottingham Civic Hall  Saturday 12th December

HERIB’s Christmas Craft Fayre is fast approaching.
There are a varied display of gifts and crafts this year, from jewellery and paintings to embroidered gifts, cosmetics, face painting, cards and much more!

HERIB are hosting a Christmas concert on Thursday 17th December at Cottingham Civic Hall.

The entertainment will be provided by the fantastic Society of MICE (Men in Charitable Endeavour)
