Skidby’s 3rd Scarecrow Festival

Friday 13th, Saturday 14th

and Sunday 15th July

Skidby is looking forward to welcoming you to its Annual Scarecrow Festival which will take place over the second weekend in July.

We believe that our unique collection of scarecrows will both entertain and amuse all of our visitors, whatever their age. Additional fun for spectators will be provided by S.J.Superstars Stage School (Saturday morning); The White Rose Falconry Group (Saturday); a Scarecrow Car Boot Sale (Sunday morning) and Beverley Brass Band (Sunday afternoon).

There will also be a “live” scarecrow around in the village! Programmes and refreshments will be available at The Village Hall. Visitors are requested not to park vehicles along the Main Street, but to make use of the designated Car Parking areas.

Further information may be obtained from the Scarecrow Secretary Kelvin Young on 01482 843446 or downloaded from the Skidby Village Hall website. All proceeds from the Festival will go to the maintenance and up-keep of the village hall.
